Drink of the Week: The “En Fuego” tequila cocktail

This is the first video I produced for my “Drink of the Week” video series I created for the Boston Globe.

The bartender, Ju Lee, of Temazcal Cantina, did a great job mixing this slightly spicy tequila cocktail. The list of ingredients she used included agave nectar, lime juice, blood orange juice, El Jimador tequila infused with jalapeños for 24 hours, and Patron tequila.

Add ice, shake, and pour!
